Visited on 8th March to celebrate my 40th with 5 friends. I'd been to Bibi's a few years ago and really enjoyed it and was keen to take some friends there; really wish that I wouldn't have bothered.
From the get go, we could tell the service was going to be awful. There was no greeting, even though there were 3 staff members stood around the front desk. We weren't told if our table was ready or not so hovered around a little and decided to get drinks. After 15 mins, we were shown to our table. The table was awful - two of the smaller circle tables had been pushed together so it was difficult to hear half of the group. Our waitress seemed cold and impersonal and blunt. No niceties. Very much felt they wanted to get us quickly in and out.
The food was very average - nothing that would make us want to rush back there. We were eyeing up desserts but after the service we'd received, we decided to go elsewhere.
I didn't use the toilets but the males in my group said the mens were disgusting. They clearly hadn't been cleaned as there were paper towels all over the floor. One of the urinals was blocked, spilling the contents on the floor.

We went with friends for our first visit to watch Elvis last night at Bibi's (22/02/25) and what an amazing evening.
Service fantastic, food brilliant and Elvis and his band, just an absolutely quality act
Already looking to book for our next visit. Any recommendations on who to watch next?
Thank you all at Bibi's.

My first visit here, a suprise valentines meal from my partner. Well what can I say this is now my favourite pace to eat. The atmosphere and ambience was electric. The staff were amazing and the food well one word "wow". Th DJ had a brilliant play list and a solo saxophonist was smooching the whole restaurant. I can't comment on the price as I was lucky to have this as a valentines treat ❤️ absolutely a must to visit! And I would definitely pay top dollar 😊

A bit disappointing, I preordered as I have allergies. On arrival was told I couldn't have what I'd ordered, despite the pre order and discussion with the chef. Ended up with a bowl of pasta that was pretty bland. Dessert was delicious though!

We went for the first time to this place for a Frank Sinatra night on Sunday which included a meal and entertainment. The service was very good from all staff, very attentive and the restaurant is well decorated and clean. The meals we had were both delicious and well presented. You can see the chefs cooking from along the side of the dining area.
Unfortunately once the singers came on, a group of very noisy, well intoxicated women made such a rowdy din, it spoilt it for those of us wanting to listen. They weren’t singing along, which wouldn’t be a problem, they were shouting to each other and shrieking in competition with the singers. Some of the tables around us were also put off and we kept hoping the management/staff would just ask them to keep it a little quieter. If we could hear them loud and clear, and they were sat near reception, you’d have hoped management would have thought about the rest of us having to put up with it. Nobody wants to be a kill joy but on the other hand, we’d paid a lot of money to come to listen to the tribute act and not the row of that group.
